Made in 1686 by Antonio Stradivari, this violin is known as the 'Nachez-Hill.'
Nathaniel at age 11 playing on a violin made in the 1560’s by Andrea Amati in Cremona, Italy for King Charles IX of France. This violin was generously loaned to him for a few years. In 1947, Rembert Wurlitzer in NYC loaned this same instrument to violinist Michael Rabin for his debut recitals.
